Common questions before you start the trial

Is there a free tier?

Not currently. The 14-day trial on the monthly plan is how you evaluate the full Service before any charge — you only pay if you keep using it past the trial.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

Yes. The 14-day trial starts the moment you enter your payment details. You can cancel any time during the trial and your card will not be charged.

What happens after 14 days?

If you have not cancelled, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged $5 for the first month. We send a reminder email a few days before the trial ends so it is never a surprise.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — from your account settings. Cancel during the trial and you owe nothing. Cancel later and your access continues until the end of the current paid month.

Is there a team plan?

Pro is per-account, and one account can drive an arbitrary number of sessions. For a multi-tenant team setup (separate billing, audit isolation), email [email protected] — we will set you up manually.

How are payments handled?

Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which also acts as the merchant of record. We never store full card numbers.
