1. The short version
- We offer a fully featured 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. Cancel any time before the end of day 14 and you owe nothing.
- If the trial converts to a paid subscription and you decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund of that first paid month within 14 days of the charge.
- After that window, you can cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
2. The 14-day trial
Every new account is eligible for a one-time 14-day trial with full access to the paid plan. The trial starts the moment you submit a valid payment method and runs for 14 days. Your card is not charged during the trial.
If you cancel any time before the end of the trial, you owe nothing and your card is never charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of day 14 and the card on file is charged for the first month — at which point the first-month refund window below applies.
3. First-month refund window
If you start a paid subscription and request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund 100% of that charge. After 14 days, the first-month refund window closes.
Subsequent months are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on your share terminal account.
- The approximate date of the charge.
- A brief note on what didn't work for you — optional, but useful for us.
We aim to confirm within 1 business day. Once approved, the refund is issued through our payment processor (Dodo Payments) and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where:
- The account has been suspended for a violation of the terms of service.
- The refund is requested beyond the windows above.
- The same account has previously been refunded under this policy and is requesting a refund again for a renewed subscription.
6. Questions
Anything unclear? Email [email protected]. We'd rather sort it out with a short message than leave you guessing.
